As a photography business, visual imagery is the core of our service. We handle your images with strict care:

• Online Galleries: Client galleries are hosted via secure, third-party proofing platforms (e.g., Pixieset, Pic-Time, ShootProof). These galleries may be password-protected or public depending on your specific contract.

• Portfolio and Marketing Use: We do not display your images on our public website or social media channels for promotional purposes without your explicit consent or as outlined in your signed photography contract. You have the right to request the removal of any public image at any time.

 

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share data with trusted third parties to run our business, including:

Payment processing such as square, paypal, venmo and or zellepay strictly for the purpose of securing transactions.

Gallery platforms to deliver your digital images.

Shipping information to delivery physical prints, albums or thumb drives (e.g., USPS, FedEx).
