How much do aerial photos and or video cost?
We have packages starting at $50.00 for 10 to 15 photos and a short video unedited, for some basic editing on both it would be another $50.00
Do you edit photos or video? Yes, this is an additional charge of $50.00
For this we will do some basic editing on the 10 to 15 photos and the short video.
Can you add music to a video?
The short answer is yes. How much would depend on the length of the video, level of editing and color grading, but we can talk about what you would like and come up with something that suits your needs and budget.
Do you shoot events from the air?
Yes we can, we have a very friendly pricing program which all depends on the location and length of time we would be there. Lets talk about what you are envisioning.
Is it legal to fly a drone over private property in Florida? Yes with the caveat below.
A person, state agency, or political subdivision may not use a drone to capture an image of privately owned real property or of the owner, tenant, occupant, or invitee with the intent to conduct surveillance without written consent if a reasonable expectation of privacy exists.
Is it illegal to shoot down a drone in Florida?
Even if they annoy you, taking a shot at a hovering drone is illegal. The FAA considers it shooting at an aircraft, a federal crime. Only law enforcement authorities can take action against drones and you will be held responsible to replace the done financially.
What to do if a drone is invading your privacy?
Contact your local law enforcement and the FAA to report illegal drone activity. Give them the information you gathered with your counter drone. The more information that the authorities have, the easier it is for them to prosecute the pilot.
Do I own the airspace around my house?
Ownership no longer extends endlessly into space. Today, air rights extend to the airspace above the surface that could reasonably be used in connection with the land. Airplanes soaring above your property are not trespassing because they are flying in what Congress has declared as the public highway.
Can I fly my drone around my neighborhood?
According to the FAA, a drone can fly over private property as long as these rules are followed: Drones must be flown below 400 feet altitude. You must keep the drone within visual line of sight. You must register any drone weighing over 0.55 pounds with the FAA.
